Court appointed Receiver launches Sale Solicitation Process

Pursuant to the Receivership Order granted November 14, 2025, the Receiver is authorized to market any or all of the Exro Technologies Inc., DPM Technologies Inc. and Cellex Energy Inc.’s property, including advertising and soliciting offers in respect of the property. The Sale Solicitation Process ("SSP") is intended to solicit interest in, and opportunities for a sale of all, or part of, Debtors’ assets and business operations.

Access to a virtual data room will require execution of a non-disclosure agreement. Copies of publicly available information in respect of the SSP are available on the Receiver's website at: https://cfcanada.fticonsulting.com/exro/saleprocess.htm .
