He spent 19 years at Harley-Davidson in several commercial and operations executive positions and served as Royal Enfield’s North American division president. Copes has a proven track record for differentiating brand portfolios and commercializing mobility businesses in national and global markets. More recently, Copes served as Chief Operating Officer for American electric vehicle (“EV”) automaker Rivian, growing the team from a few hundred to thousands of employees globally leading up to the company’s listing on the Nasdaq. Copes is a passionate entrepreneur and has a special interest in lending his well-informed industry acumen to new ventures and emerging start-ups. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

One of the world’s proven leaders in the innovation and manufacturing of electric motors, Sue has nine years of accomplishments at General Electric, acting as CCO and the CEO of GE’s Small Industrial Motors Division, overseeing the division’s North American and International markets – ultimately building the division into a 160 million enterprise.

His proficiency in Operations Management, Managerial Finance, Strategic Planning, and Business Process Improvement has been honed over the course of a successful career. Coupled with his expertise in Accounting, Frank leverages his comprehensive business development acumen to deliver measurable results. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Aleksandra Miziolek is a seasoned executive, boasting over 30 years of experience in varied sectors like automotive, infrastructure, and financial services. Prior to her position on our board, she excelled as a C-suite executive for a NYSE-listed global automotive supplier, focusing on strategic growth through new product development and global expansion. A cum laude graduate of Wayne State University Law School, she is committed to driving growth while maintaining strict financial discipline and addressing stakeholder needs.

John is a global executive with a wealth of experience in technology, automotive, entertainment, and retail sectors. As the founder of Rivet360, he pioneered innovative digital media solutions, leveraging AI and location technologies to produce award-winning content. His leadership at NAVTEQ was instrumental in its growth and eventual sale to NOKIA for $8.1 billion. John's extensive background also includes pivotal roles at The Walt Disney Company and Sony Corporation. He holds a BA from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford, with four patents in location technologies and content.

Tony is a seasoned professional in the transportation sector, with a mechanical engineering background and degrees in Business and Entrepreneurship. His journey from FMCG and management consulting led him to found SEA Electric in 2012, revolutionizing the electric commercial vehicle industry with the SEA-Drive® power-system. Under his leadership, SEA Electric achieved global presence in 8 countries across 5 continents, accumulating over 3 million miles of operation.
