FTI Consulting Canada Inc. appointed as receiver of Exro Technologies Inc.

On November 14, 2025 (the “Filing Date”), FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of all the assets, undertaking and properties of Exro Technologies Inc., DPM Technologies Inc. and Cellex Energy Inc. (“Exro Canada”) pursuant to an Order of the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (the “Receivership Order”).
